Camiguin Island Philippines

In which way you prepare: You can reach to Jagna port by Public busses, Van / Car for hire or taxi. Based on our experienced Taxi comes out cheaper because you only add some percent to the total amount. While private cars for hire comes out over price. Its better to negotiate first. Public busses is good option if you have enough time.

From Jagna we took the fast ferry boat to Camiguin. It was a good trip. Though toilet is a bit problem. Always bring with you a toilet tissue. 

Aproaching Camiguin you will see the fanstastic view of these volcanic island of Camiguin. Very green and mild temperature very rich in water. The people are very helpful and friendly. The town is small and unique. 

Accommodation rates are quite high compare to Alona Beach. The stony shoreline wouldn't feel you to swim at all. The best options is island hopping to the White Sand Island which we didn't do, instead we rent a multi Cab and had a tour on the island. We visited The Kinawasan falls, Hot Spring but the pools are empty  because they did some cleaning due to heavy rains. Soda Water pool which yo can drink the water directly from the running water. The Sanken cementery. The island is beautiful by it self but 3 nights is so much to spend already so we decided to move on after 3 days.

Apo Island

WE are back to the Philippines ! Hello 2018 January Apo Island This time we stop in Dumaguete for 2 nights before we proceed to our next adventure destination SIPALAY. We are staying here on the little paradise Thalata Beach Resort right infront of Apo Island. We have fantastic view from our room over Apo island. Beautiful little place, quite & relaxing. They have good food too. The staff are friendly and helpful. Today at 8.30 in the morning we went out to Apo Island for Island Hoping and snorkling. We went together with a couple of divers which Thalata has arranged. It went cheaper for us. We paid 1000pesos each includes gears for snorkling. The boat was huge so I felt more secure because I am a little bit scared of the heavy waves today. They're were huge due to East Monsoon wind. Really wavy.
