Sabang to Port Barton Palawan Philippines

We took a Cebu Pacific plane from Cebu Mactan Airport to Puerto Princessa. From Puerto Princessa we hired a Van to Sabang for Underground River. Private transportation price is quite high but more advantage if you have some other to share with.

Trip to Sabang takes 2,5 hour and the road is much better now than few years ago " which was called massage road". It was 2:30 pm when we reach Sabang so we managed to have a Lunch first before the tour. But we made a booking for the Boat to the river before, otherwise at 4 pm  no more boat trip for the River is close. Were there are thousands of bats that begins to fly out.

Anyway, we had managed to reach to the Underground River tour and its worth to go with. It's the longest underground river tour in Asia. The tour takes 45 minutes 3 km long. Very very beautiful and its a must if you are in Palawan. It is a Unesco Reserve.  You better hide your sleepers or what ever things you may not bring with you on tour because there are many monkeys around who are very curious of everything and you might not see your things again.

WE are back to the Philippines ! Hello 2018 January Apo Island This time we stop in Dumaguete for 2 nights before we proceed to our next adventure destination SIPALAY. We are staying here on the little paradise Thalata Beach Resort right infront of Apo Island. We have fantastic view from our room over Apo island. Beautiful little place, quite & relaxing. They have good food too. The staff are friendly and helpful. Today at 8.30 in the morning we went out to Apo Island for Island Hoping and snorkling. We went together with a couple of divers which Thalata has arranged. It went cheaper for us. We paid 1000pesos each includes gears for snorkling. The boat was huge so I felt more secure because I am a little bit scared of the heavy waves today. They're were huge due to East Monsoon wind. Really wavy.
